Financial Analyst
Paying circa £55,000 + benefits and bonus (depending of experience)

Talentedge are currently working on a really exciting Financial Analyst role with an Independent PR & Communications agency. The company is currently going through a really exciting growth period with worldwide offices and a really forward thinking business plan and plans for further growth in 2022.
Following this impressive growth period they are looking to recruit a Financial Analyst, this role will be involved in the annual budgeting process and producing regular forecasts that show the expected future performance of the practice/country.
You will also be responsible for variance analysis against budget/forecast and updating forecasts to reflect actual performance and informing management on the progress of the Practice/County strategic plans.
Responsibilities:
- Management accounts preparation, preparation of monthly management reporting pack Preparation of monthly commentary file
- Journal postings
- Provision of monthly reporting and commentary to key stakeholders
- Weekly revenue forecasts for individual Practice/Country
- Weekly finance updates to Practice Heads – commentary on up-to-date financial performance
- Monthly utilisation and client servicing reporting to the Practice Head and Senior Management.
- Quarterly reforecasts for individual Practice/Country
- Be a highly credible finance business partner to the commercial team, supporting them to meet their objectives while utilising the budget as efficiently and effectively as possible
- Streamline finance processes and develop new reporting and analytical tools to drive improved financial insight and operational efficiency
Required Experience:
- Newly /Recently Qualified ACA straight from practice OR CIMA/ACCA with a proven background in management
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to be hands-on whilst also operating as a strategic thinker
- Commercially astute and analytical
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated team player with ability to plan and execute tasks unsupervised
- Flexible and able to work to tight deadlines
