They now require a Group FP&A Manager to be responsible for the financial analysis & reporting for a number of their key UK & International regions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit management reporting packs both internally to senior management and to international finance.
- Create plans and timetables to organise forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning process
- Collate ad hoc analysis and reporting across the regions, collaborating with Country and brands Finance Directors on the process, consolidating information for the region etc.
- Manage the UK Corporate department costs, through business partnering/collaborating with senior corporate stakeholders on managing their forecasts and budgets
- Maintain and update Risks & Opportunities consolidated file for the regular meetings with the CEO of the regions
- Preparation of the monthly management financial information packs in power point
- Consolidation and analysis of the forecasts (monthly), budget and long range plan (LRP)
- Preparation of the budget and LRP presentations to senior management and international finance
- Close involvement in the integration of smaller regions as they migrate to SAP and Paramount systems, providing them with full support
- Preparing forecasts, budgets and the LRP for the UK corporate costs and supporting departmental heads
Required Experience & Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Prior experience in a group consolidation function (FP&A and /or actuals) within a complex international business is preferred
- Proven experience of delivering financial information to tight set deadlines
- Excellent planning, prioritisation, organisation and written/verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills - able to work with all levels of management within the UK group finance and Leadership team
- A driven individual providing valuable and insightful information to stakeholders
- An organised and self-motivated individual – able to work independently and take responsibility for monitoring and ensuring assigned task deadlines are met
- Progressive, forward-thinking individual always looking for ways to better processes, systems and ways of working
- Excellent IT skills with advanced Excel & a good working knowledge of Powerpoint
