Reporting to the FP&A Director you will manage the consolidation of their budgeting & planning and management reporting (P&L) for their international businesses and then report up to their US Head Office.
Key Accountabilities:
- Consolidation of regional results, forecasts and budgets and management reporting .
- Manage Cashflow reporting.
- Create monthly analysis and reporting on the performance of International Business Unit’s to communicate concisely and accurately to senior management within in tight deadlines.
- Creation of Monthly Dashboard for Senior Management.
- Drive consistent and accurate reporting between the Business Units through the production and maintenance of template spreadsheets and presentations.
- Assist in maintaining and communicating the budget and forecast planning calendar for the International Group.
- Support, coordinate and advise various businesses during the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality business plans
- Coordinate monthly Sales reporting for BI reporting used in monthly commercial calls and sales target calculations.
- Budgeting and monthly analysis and forecasting for two US based entities for global marketing and programming.
- Develop financial models and prepare in-depth analyses to support strategic initiatives and enable effective decision making
- Assist in preparation of presentations for the senior management team
- Assist with financial planning and analysis relating to international expansion
- Ad-ho project & analysis work as directed by Senior Management.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with significant PQE experience
- Experience & understanding of multinational and multicurrency consolidations
- Budgeting & planning experience preferred but not essential.
- Media experience advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent IT skills with advanced Excel and ideally some exposure to Power BI
- Technically strong with good knowledge of accounting standards-US GAAP experience preferred but not essential.
- A confident communicator with good inter-personal skills and comfortable at dealing with people at all levels in the organisation.
- Able to plan and communicate a process, and manage it to its conclusion
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, willing and able to take on responsibility
- Flexible, pragmatic, reliable and able too think on your feet and work autonomously.
