Talentedge are exclusively partnering with a high growth, VC backed SaaS scaleup on a hybrid role for their ever-expanding UK finance team. Global headcount currently sits at around 200 employees (split 25% in London and 75% across their multiple European offices) with plans to increase both offices combined by a further 25% by the end of 2021.
Reporting into a hugely impressive Head of FP&A who is a very data-focussed individual, your time will be spent working in a hybrid systems and FP&A capacity.
The systems focussed remit of your role will be to support on an upcoming implementation of NetSuite, as well as utilising their already rolled out suite of BI tools. Your FP&A remit will be to increase the strength and commerciality of insights provided to senior management in order to further support business decision making.

Systems:
- Support the migration from existing software to NetSuite, working with 3rd party consultants
- Own the integrity, completeness and accuracy of data within NetSuite
- Provide end user and technical support to all NetSuite users
- The role will also include some business analysis exposure leading to process improvement, applications development ranging from customisation and enhancements to the existing environment to new modules whilst ensuring full compatibility and integration with all operational business solutions
- Provide support services to the Finance function for management information and operational reporting initiatives
FP&A:
- KPI analysis (key SaaS metrics to include ARR/MRR/CHURN/CAC etc), making recommendations to support business decision making
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior figure heads across the entire organisation
- Continually improving key FP&A controls and processes
Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with demonstrable, relevant post qualified experience within a high growth startup/SME
- Experience of being involved in a finance system implementation
- Strong IT and data analysis skills
- Established business partner, capable of advising, challenging and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Technology & Sales
